This is a starting role at Hays. You will mainly be in contact with job seekers and will be responsible for searching for suitable candidates for advertised jobs. In this role, you will gain a unique insight into the market in your area and gain the knowledge you need to progress within Hays.1-2 years
As a consultant, you deal with both job applicants and clients - leading employers in the Czech Republic. You provide expert advice about their recruitment needs, propose best solutions, and recommend suitable candidates. You then discuss candidates' career preferences in detail to help them get a career where they can fully develop their talent and potential.1-2 years
As a Senior Consultant, you solve the above-mentioned tasks and, in addition, you also provide other services, such as the direct search for specialists and managers. You provide advice on other personnel needs of companies, such as Outplacement or Outsourcing of recruitment services. You also actively participate in the training of new colleagues.1-2 years
As a Team Leader, you lead your own team in a specific business area. You have your portfolio of clients, work with and motivate consultants in your team and propose optimal strategies for your team to continue to be profitable.2-3 years
Section Manager / Business Unit Manager
The Section manager is in charge of multiple segments and teams and ensures the strategic planning of business models and the effective functioning of the teams. They participate in company management meetings, come up with innovations and share their business experience and skills with their colleagues.3 + years
