When I was studying at university, I had hardly heard of the world of recruitment, and the closer I got to the end of my studies, I didn't - like my colleagues - have a clear direction as to what I was going to do with my degree in international business. However, I knew that my ideal job had to include areas that I enjoy and fulfill, such as frequent interaction with people, influencing decision-making processes to create value, a balance between project planning and execution, international reach and a dynamic environment.

On an internship in Kuala Lumpur in 2012 with an executive search company, I gained awareness of the recruitment business. A year later, I joined Hays in Budapest and was given the opportunity to learn from the bests in the HR industry. Unrivaled training was provided both locally and abroad, and later my managers gave me the confidence and necessary tools to set up a specialized engineering and manufacturing division. I realized that my possibilities for professional development, as well as earnings, are unlimited. I gradually built my own team and, thanks to a transparent development program, I worked my way up from the position of Junior Recruitment Consultant through various roles in middle management to the position of Director of the Hays Permanent Recruitment division in Hungary.

In 2018 I was offered an internal opportunity to move to Bucharest to establish and build the Romanian branch of Hays. I thus became the youngest Country Manager in the entire Hays Group. I currently work in Prague as a Managing director for Hays Czech Republic and Romania.

During my years at Hays, I had the opportunity to work with fantastic people, from whom I was able to learn a lot and we supported and shaped each other to continue to improve. We have always had a great team with a diverse and inclusive culture that makes us not only colleagues but also friends. Enjoying your work and the people around you is something that is key to a happy career, and I personally don't think anyone should settle until they find one.

Like other fields, the field of recruitment is also experiencing rapid development. The traditional recruiting model has changed, and we're connecting technology with science to create lasting, strong relationships within candidate communities.
