I joined HAYS in the middle of 2017 and now as a Manager I take care of the development of our Delivery and Sales teams; as well as business opportunities in the field of IT Contracting.

Before joining HAYS, I was looking for a job where I could develop my business skills and penetrate more into the IT area, so the original position of Account Manager was an ideal choice, because especially the beginnings are about constantly pushing your own abilities outside the comfort zone. In this role, a person has the opportunity to build his own client portfolio, which he then further develops, expands his network of contacts and learns, among other things, to keep a cool head in unexpected situations that simply belong to our business and that everyone will encounter. Approximately after a year and half I became Team Leader of the Sales team and gained responsibility for development of my junior colleagues in Account Managers´ roles.

In my job, I mainly enjoy personal meetings with clients and working with a team, as well as the opportunity to influence the overall results of the division and improve common procedures. One also meets a number of inspiring people in the IT field, be it development team leaders, technical directors or business owners. In the role of a Manager, I particularly enjoy seeing how people who had no experience in this field before joining HAYS gradually develop.

I always say that anyone who is strongly results-oriented and has a clear vision of what they want to achieve at HAYS will succeed here.
