I joined Hays right after graduating from college in the spring of 2016. I started as a Junior Consultant and currently work as an HR Business Partner.

I studied psychology and was interested in positions in recruitment where I could use English at the same time. I had a good feeling about the interview at Hays - I had no work experience in the field yet, and I was satisfied with the training system that the HR representative presented to me during our meeting. I learned how to search for candidates, how to communicate with them and how to deal with clients.

Thanks to excellent results, I was promoted to the position of Team Leader of the Business Services team after 3 years. In 2020, an opportunity arose within our Back office structure and I was given the chance to further develop and change my role. I now work as in-house HR looking after our staff and recruitment directly to Hays.
